About our plans...
Out of town - we have an extensive network in the greater Bathurst region, covering areas such as Peel – Limekilns – Billywillinga - Wattle Flat – Wiagdon – Sofala – Freemantle – Ophir – Turondale, and many more... 
In town - While we cover most of Bathurst we do require "line of sight" to connect.

Depending on your plan and location, speeds range from 25 Mbps to 100 Mbps. Our speeds are typically within 10Mbps of the advertised speed.
What speeds do I need for Netflix, Skype, games, etc…?

To get the best possible performance, you want download speeds at least as fast as the following:

2 Mbps  - Email, Social Media, Audio Streaming

10 Mbps - Uploading Photos and Videos, Video Chat

25 Mbps - Online Gaming, SD Video Streaming, HD/4k/VR Streaming

While we aim to keep the cost of our plans as low as possible, the difference in infrastructure required to deliver the service to areas outside of the CBD means that the cost of providing and maintaining the service is higher for us. 
Currently the only plan on offer that has a data limit is our Rural Basic Plan (400GB). All other plans available are "Unlimited"

We don’t shape or throttle your speeds unless you hit a data cap on a limited plan. If you are experiencing unusually slow speeds please let us know so that we can investigate.
Yes, providing you aren't locked into a contract term with your current provider. We don't "take over" your connection as we are not an NBN service, you will need to cancel your service with your current provider. We recommend waiting until your CWNet connection is active before cancelling your current plan to avoid any downtime. 
We process payments automatically each month via credit or debit card. Your card details are securely added to your account through our encrypted billing platform - we do not store your full card information, only the last three digits and the expiry date. Payments are deducted on the same day each month, typically the date of your initial installation.
If this payment method is unsuitable for you please reach out for a chat and we will work with you to find a solution. 
About the installation...
Once approved, we can usually get you up and running in 5 to 10 business days. In times of increased interest this may need to be extended. 
However, if there is a specific situation that requires urgent installation, please don’t hesitate to contact us !! We will walk through the situation and find the best way we can assist.
No, a standard installation is free of charge. The only cost to your new connection will be for a modem, these are either $99 or $199 depending on the model you choose. If you require an advanced Wi-Fi setup or hardwired data points this can be discussed with the technician and a quote will be arranged. 
IF we do have to complete a non-standard installation this will be discussed in detail and we will outline all costs prior to any work commencing. Non-standard installations are rare and mostly apply to very old homes or commercial buildings. 
No, there is no cost to the landlord, all we require is their permission to install. There is a template HERE that you can send to them to ask for permission, simply add your details
We install a small antenna on your roof and run a cable into your building, the cable will come through a small hole in the wall, the same as a power point. We will then attached our hardware to the wall, where you can attach your modem. The install will be completed with as minimal impact as possible and usually takes 2-3 hours. 

Sometimes large telcos lock their modems to their own networks, which means we may be unable to reconfigure them for use with our service. If you have an aftermarket modem you'd like to use, that's absolutely fine. However, if you need assistance setting it up, a $49.95 fee will apply to cover our technician's time.

No, we are not a mobile provider.
Yes, we offer a VoIP phone service. These start from $34.95 calls included. We also offer a range of hardware from adapters so that you can continue using your current equipment or new VoIP phone systems. 
Yes we can help! We offer an in home setup for $99 per hour, we will connect your TV's, PC's, iPads, mobile phones etc so that you can get browsing as soon as possible. If this is something you would like to add to your installation please make sure to let us know BEFORE your booking so that we can schedule the appropriate time for your booking.
