Customer Relationship Agreement
The CWNet Customer Relationship Agreement (CRA) sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the services we provide. It explains your rights and responsibilities as a customer, and our obligations to deliver reliable, fair, and transparent service. The CRA covers important details such as billing, equipment, service performance, and customer support, ensuring clarity and confidence in your relationship with CWNet.

The CWNet Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA) outlines the core terms and conditions for our telecommunications services. It defines how services are delivered, your obligations as a customer, and our responsibilities as a provider, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and transparency in every contract.
Loyalty Program T&C - summary
  • - Must be an active CWNet customer aged 18+
  • - Maximum of 2 cards per household
  • - Card must be presented in-store to receive offers
  • - Discounts and membership are only valid while you remain an active CWNet customer
  • - Cards remain property of CWNet
  • - Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately
  • - $25 replacement fee for lost or damaged cards
  • - Cards are non-transferable
  • - Participating businesses decide what offers and discounts they provide
  • - Offers and participating businesses may change at any time
  • - CWNet is not responsible for disputes relating to offers or services provided by participating businesses
  • - Cards must be returned upon closure of your CWNet account
  • - $99 fee applies for non-returned cards
  • - CWNet may update, suspend, or cancel the program and Terms & Conditions at any time
  • - Occasional promotional emails may be sent to members
  • - CWNet will never sell or share your personal information
  • - Misuse of the program may result in suspension or cancellation of membership
"$50 Refer a friend" Promotion
· Offer ends 31 December 2026, CWNet reserves the right to extend this promotion at its discretion.

· No limit to number of referrals per account.

· Credit only applies to successful connections who give referral name on sign up.

· Offer applies to CWNet Rural and CBD customers, i.e. those not connected to "Bathurst" plans

· New customers are those who have not held an account with us previously, at the same or new address.

· "Free standard install" applies when installation does not require any additional equipment, non standard mounts or greater than usual labour.

· "$50 credit" for the referring customer means that a $50 credit will be added to the referring customers internet account. Not redeemable for cash. 

· The $50 credit can be transferred at the discretion of the referring customer, if advised in writing prior to the referring customers next billing cycle

· Customers who cancel their current plan and resign are NOT eligible for the credit

· CWNet reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its discretion without warning and will do so by updating these T&C
